HEIGHT:   5'6"

HAIR: white blonde and crazy wild all over the place

EYES:  very rich golden yellow with slit pupils. Eyes are large and angular.

SKIN TONE:  tanned

BODY TYPE:  short, generally muscular with pronounced curves and healthy amounts of body fat. Hardy, tough, and quite pregnant.

MARKS\SCARS\OUTSTANDING FEATURES:  her ears are tipped with tufts of light brown fur

CLOTHING: it is clear that Goldengaze has been growing quickly, but has not had the assistance of a tanner and clothes maker in some time. Her top, made of very well work deer skin, is far too small for her as her adolescent body has made the rapid change to adulthood due to her pregnancy. It is a tapering piece that ties together between her breasts. One strap holds it up on her right shoulder. She goes barefoot, and wears a well worn deer skin loin cloth.

WEAPONS:  none.

SPECIAL POSSESSIONS:  a tattered scrap of lions pelt, the skin of her grandmother.

ABILITIES: can send, but not very well and doesn't prefer it, has a tendency to shape change in fight or flight situations. It is unclear whether or not she realizes she does this, and it is clear she is untrained. When threatened and defensive or about to attack, her round, childishly pretty face becomes gaunt and angular. All the hair on her body becomes fuller, puffing out and making her look larger. Her irises become smaller, her face prognathic, and her already sharp canines become longer and almost needle like. She also develops claws. She is a skilled tracker, with an especially sharp sense of hearing.

SKILLS: tracking and hunting

FAMILY:  She is the great grand daughter of a high one. Goldengazes great grandmother  gave birth to her grandfather, who was a shape changer. Due to dramatic events, the family was separated when he was still young, and he found himself alone, wandering grassy plains. He quickly learned the dominant species of predator was the wild cat, and he decided to take that form in order to improve his chances of survival. He joined a pride of lions, and was raised by them. He mated and several of the kits that were born were oddly elven, much like Timmorn. These three, two female and one male, integrated easily into the pride. When a new male killed Goldengazes grand sire, the three elven kits left before the new dominant male could kill them. They wandered for some time over the grassy plains, and one female was slain in a freak accident. The remaining two found a tribe of elves that welcomed them for a short time. Quickly, the male found himself ostracized, as the behavior of male lions did not mesh well with the civilized culture of his adopted tribe. This was only after he had recognized one of the tribe, though. Unable to send, and bound by instinct to the tribe of his mate, he remained on the fringes, hunting and visiting his sister and his mate. When his mate gave birth, he snatched the child away one evening, left, and never looked back. He tried to return to his pride, only to clash with the new alpha male. His mother died trying to protect him and his new kit.

ORIGIN: Goldengazes fathers mind was broken by the violent death of his mother combined with the traumatic rejection by his mate and her tribe. Nonetheless, he wandered the planet with his daughter, raising her, despite his madness. They would occasionally visit tribes that would temporarily accept then, until her father's illness bared it's face. At that point they were often forcefully kicked out of the tribe and left to wander. As Goldengaze matured, she began experiencing the heats that lionesses are known to go through. This became very challenging to deal with in the presence of her father, who was driven mainly by instinct now. Her feline nature told her that what happened between them was natural and to accept submissively, but as an elf she was terrified and full of rage. The straw that broke the camel's back occurred when she came into heat during a stay with another tribe. She mated with several of the men there. In a rage of instinct based territorial rage, her father attacked the males. She fled with nothing but her grandmother's fur and the clothes she wore. She ran as fast as she could, using her superior knowledge of tracking to cover her tail as much as she could. It was several weeks before she could feel safe again, and by that time she could already feel the life stirring inside her womb.

PERSONAL HISTORY AND INFORMATION:
Likes just about anything you can imagine a lion being fond of. She is overall a cheery and friendly girl, and still looks and behaves as one who is very young. She carries the burden of her past with a deceptive strength, and rarely shows pain or fear. When confronted with a threatening situation, she flies into a rage very reminiscent of her father's madness, and it is very challenging to bring her back down.


COLORS\SYMBOLS: all shades of good, yellow, tawny, and light browns seem to attract her as far as clothes, jewelry, and knick knacks go. This is clearly out of a vain realization that they compliment her appearance.
